The General Tool Store is an independent family run business that has been trading for over 10 years from the historic market town of Ross on wye. A second branch was opened in 2007 in the market town of Abergavenny offering the same comprehensive range of hand and power tools that are offered in our Ross on wye branch.
In 2011 a dedicated mail order warehouse was opened to cope with growing demand, sending out upwards of 1000 parcels a week
Customer satisfaction is our aim, offering a friendly and knowledgable service seven days a week.
