General information

Hansel & Gretel Preschool & Day Care began serving the Manteca community in 1974. We are proud of the many special programs and services we have added through the years. We are open year round, Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 6:30pm serving ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We accept state assisted families. We provide quality preschool and child care programs such as:

•Infants & Toddler Program: Serves ages 6 weeks – 2 years. This program offers a nurturing setting to promote developmental gains in your child’s first years of life. It caters to each child’s individual needs. Daily activities include social interactions such as songs, story time, and outside time. Reports are sent home daily.

•Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Program: Serves ages 2 years – 5 years. This program specializes on school readiness. We use the Pre-K curriculum from Houghton Mifflin which entails a monthly theme, letters of the week, numbers, colors, shapes. Children participate in daily art projects and/or workbook pages.

•Before & After School Program: Serves ages 5 years – 12 years. This program provides child care before and after school. CHP certified bus transportation to and from school. We offer tutoring and help with homework. Field trips are planned when school is not in session. Children will interact in a social setting, making life-long friends.
