General information

Mr. Thomas Flores is a registered professional civil engineer and land surveyor in the state of Texas. Originally born in Beeville, Texas in 1945 Mr. Flores grew up in San Antonio and then enlisted in the Army and separated from the military as a Captain as a commissioned officer in the Corp of Engineers. After his military career Mr. Flores enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering. Mr. Flores eventually returned home to San Antonio where he and a partner decided to open their own consulting and civil engineering firm in 1982, which shortly after Mr. Flores acquired sole ownership. Mr. Flores grew the consulting and engineering firm from originally a two-man operation into a company that now offers services to the San Antonio area and also as far as Houston and Del Rio with projects ranging in size from a few hundred square feet to over 16,000 acres. Mr. Flores continues a relationship with the military providing his services to local installations.
