As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, and a Gottman Method Couples Therapist, I can help find clarity around difficult or uncomfortable situations in life - A process that can ultimately make way for a renewed life of peace, hope, and joy.
I am also a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC), and have training and experience in assessment, counselling, intervention, and treatment of addiction related disorders as well as working with families who are affected by someone else's struggle.
