Who we are:
We are experienced, proven and well respected civil litigation and business law attorneys representing both individuals and businesses in lawsuits. our founder, Amiel Wade has been practicing law for over fifteen years. What sets our firm apart from other lawyers is that it’s critical to us that we provide superior and distinctive services while building client relationships and achieving client satisfaction second to none. Wade also serve as a judge pro tem as both an arbitrator and a mediator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.

In 2005, Wade was voted one of the top attorneys in the Country by America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals. In 1998, he was selected as a member of Strathmore's Who's Who in the Law for demonstrating outstanding achievement in my profession. In March of 2003, a jury returned a verdict in the amount of over $11 million on behalf of one of Wade's clients. We have been involved in numerous jury trials and verdicts. In September 2011, a jury returned a defense verdict on behalf our client who had been sued for over ten million dollars. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Wade served as a San Jose Police officer for four years. He is also a black belt in Tae Kwan Doe.
