Thank you for visiting the Women's Therapeutic Center. My center provides private hypnotherapy sessions to women, adolescents, and children. Clients seek help in overcoming issues such as: generalized anxiety, fears , panic, depression, support during and post cancer diagnosis, chronic illness, test anxiety, insomnia, among other issues. As a practical, solution-focused, certified clinical hypnotherapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. As part of my practice, classes and presentations are offered on the subject of hypnotherapy , self hypnosis, cancer support, self esteem/self confidence, anxiety/stress management, healing the inner child and healing chronic illness. Classes and presentations are offered on site at my center and also off site for groups that are interested in any of the above classes.
