ole was founded in 2004 and has operations in Toronto, Nashville, New York, London and Los Angeles. The company boasts a team of over 100 experienced industry professionals focused on acquisitions, creative development, and worldwide rights management.
ole has concluded over $540M USD in acquisitions and controls a catalog of over 55,000 songs and 60,000 hours of TV/Film music across all genres. ole's acquisitions include purchases of music catalogs: Rush, Timbaland, Blacktop, Jody Williams Music, Rami Yacoub, Chris Wallin, Richie Macdonald, Balmur, Keith Follese, Lighthouse, Frank Myers, Dream Warriors, Encore, and David Tyson. ole controls substantial A/V music and secondary rights including catalogs from Sony Pictures Entertainment, MGM, Entertainment One, Miramax, Nelvana, and Nu Image/Millennium, as well as an extensive production music library of over 750,000 tracks including Jingle Punks, Cavendish Music, 5 Alarm Music, MusicBox, Nelvana Production Music, Auracle, and Cue. Our production music division leverages ole's established Administration, Finance, and IT services.

ole is committed to the creative development of its 100+ staff songwriters, legacy writers, and composers and adding value to our catalogs and client catalogs. Current ole writers include Rush, Timbaland, Tyler Farr, Josh Dorr, Gord Bamford, Chris Janson, Brett Jones, Phil O'Donnell, Tony Martin, Jordan Davis and Ian Thornley. ole's legacy catalogs and writers include Max Webster, Coney Hatch, and Ian Thomas. ole has ongoing Ventures with Last Gang Publishing, Roots Three Music, Jackoby Publishing, Bankable Star Publishing and most recently ole-Bluestone Publishing, ole’s venture with global hitmaker, Timbaland.

ole is a rights management expert and has concluded worldwide publishing administration agreements, AV Secondary Rights and/or YouTube/Online Collection deals with some of the world's leading songwriters, publishers and film and television producers. ole remains committed to transparent client reporting practices and leading edge IT including best in class online account portals and proprietary, real-time revenue tracking and analytics.

ole also operates a robust label services arm under the umbrella of ole label services. The division includes Anthem Entertainment Group, the label home of Rush as well as Big Wreck, Ian Thornley, Steven Page, The Tea Party, Anthem Legacy, Max Webster, Ian Thomas, and artist development label red dot, which has developed and upstreamed artists including Charlie Worsham, Haley Reinhart, Josh Dorr, Sam Grow, and Jordan Davis. Strengthening its label services, ole operates a successful and complementary YouTube multi-channel network, ole digital, which was established in 2013 with over 12B views across publishing, masters and A/V to date.
