General information

Keith Eccles original art has been exhibited nationwide. He has been invited to participate in the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and contribute to countless local and regional festivals and shows. He is a sought-after muralist, having worked on projects for the NFL Play60 Program, LeBron James and the Sprite Foundation, the Gretna Boys and Girls Club, Joe Brown Memorial Park, Belle Chasse High School and Delgado Community College. The Zulu Organization asked Keith to paint a commemorative Zulu Coconut for the 100th anniversary of the Carnival Krewe. Keith presented the coconut to President Barak Obama in the Oval Office in 2009. Keith shares his passion for art and New Orleans with his students. He has taught art to high school students and held summer art camps for over 15 years. Every day he challenges his students to "imagine yourself in art" and find inspiration all around you. Keith's inspirations are plain to see in his work – which is anything but plain. Keith Eccles Illustration & Design Studio is open by appointment.
