Specialties include our brick oven pizza margherita, meatball sliders, and chicken parmigiana.

Nové Italian Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Our hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

“We've been busy here at Sergio's. Saratoga's iconic Italian dining institution has reopened as Nové Italian Restaurant - Saratoga's newest dining experience.

My family and I have made fantastic changes to our décor, our menu and the way we do business. We're still your family place. But we've taken a new look at our classic menu, adding dishes that combine the freshest ingredients in new and exciting ways. We now offer our authentic Italian fare in individual portions, so everyone at the table can have just what they crave. We're baking traditional, Brooklyn-style brick oven pizza that just might change your life. We have a new takeout menu and for the first time, our kitchen will offer delivery service.

Our prices will stay the same throughout the year. We invite you and yours to dine with us at Nové, or call in your order and stay at home. Either way, we think you'll enjoy our 'new' place.”
