The PRIME Factory is a fast-growing public relations and digital marketing firm that specializes in media relations, website development, branding, social media marketing, content development and search engine optimization.

Founded in December 2015 at the Virginia Tech Research Center in Blacksburg, Virginia, The PRIME Factory’s story begins with humble beginnings as a two-person operation providing primarily social media marketing, influencer marketing and content marketing services. Since then, we’ve found passion, love and joy in providing integrated services with organically grown skills in unparalleled media relations, beautiful website design and user-friendly development, strategic results-driven digital marketing, and modern branding to tell brand stories.

As a small boutique agency, we pride ourselves in being both university and experience educated in our umbrella service offerings—public relations and marketing. However, our knowledge doesn’t stop with a degree or successful client project; we are constantly learning new strategies, tactics, platforms and marketing channels through conferences, webinars and experimental learning. Beyond consistently educating ourselves, it is our goal that our relationship with clients flourish through collaborative, beneficial and transparent actions.

We have also focused our efforts in providing our clients with conversion-focused and brand building results.
