Nickol Hayden-Cady has been working in the culinary industry for over fifteen years. She has earned her Associates Pastry Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY.

Nickol has worked under top certified chefs and pastry chefs in California, Seattle, New York, London and Oregon.

After spending two years in Portland, OR working as the Executive Pastry Chef and Consultant for Papa Haydn’s, Nickol is happy to be back in Central Oregon with her Husband Joshua and her little man Jasper.

Foxtail Bakeshop, LLC is a local custom dessert studio in Bend, Oregon specializing in creating Wedding Cakes and Desserts with an artistic unique flair. We are inspired to incorporate the beauty that Central Oregon has to offer with all our products. This is why we strive to bring our customers the best quality ingredients from local purveyor's and organic produce whenever possible. Our creative and often whimsical styles break tradition, every order is custom created to fit the needs and vision of the client.
