Welcome to South Bend Woodworks. We handcraft heirloom quality toys, furniture and memorabilia ... Made for this generation and the next! From our beginning in 2012, we had a simple dream: To create jobs by producing high quality items right here in the heart of the USA.
Our founder, Mike Lindburg, graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1971 and returned to ND as a visiting scholar at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies in 2009. He was inspired to create SBWW as a result of his studies believing job creation is an essential component of social justice. He is dedicated to participating in the ongoing rejuvenation of the City of South Bend, a place he and his wife have called home for the last several years.
