Viscount’s ultimate goal since 1967 is that relationships among customers and employees continue to grow years after a purchase is made and goes beyond the basic in-store interactions into surrounding communities. Our strong belief in our products and manufacturers (such as Nordic HotTubs, Lomart Pools, Sharkline, Legacy Game room Furniture, etc.) allow us to provide high-quality service to customers and the community.

Our number one priority is customer service and satisfaction. We are continuously working on new ways to improve our operations – which includes the products, store displays, sale, delivery, customer-employee relationships and customer education.

Here at Viscount, we strive to put customers first and build a relationship that will help both the customer and employee to learn. We incorporate a variety of techniques in order to more effectively educate customers about their purchases. Our employees are regularly reading new articles, attending presentations, exploring new products and participating in hands-on training.

Our locations have actual-size pools, spas and billiard tables that are up and running so customers can experience the product prior to purchase. Our design shows off our product so customers can see and feel the fun before they begin having great times, right at home!
