BASKETBALL LESSONS: Innovative instructional lessons offered by Bob Koch, Hall of Fame Coach at a state of the art training facility in Sanatoga, PA. Lessons are offered for athletes ages 8 through college.
Lessons emphasize ball-handling, passing, lay-ups and shooting. Athletes develop an appreciation of homework basketball and learn the importance practicing the right way!
Creative basketball props and aides (i.e., use of a outdoor sand pit, BIG BALLS, agility poles, agility and skill ladders, gloves, weights, goggles to name a few) are incorporated during each 75 minute lesson. INSTRUCTIONAL CLINICS: Inquire about instructional clinics for your school or team. Each clinic provides stations on offensive and defensive principles as well as overall skill development. Clinics are fun, interactive and a great way for athletes to build skills and confidence in a collaborative and fun climate.
