Facebook Page Terms of Use

We welcome your participation on our Facebook page and hope to create a platform for mutually beneficial conversation. In order to achieve that, all comments and posts must adhere to these terms of use:

• Posts should be courteous and constructive. They must be free from profanity, obscenity, bigotry, potentially libelous content or personal attacks.
• Posts may not promote an outside brand, business, service, organization or cause.
• The mention of an outside brand, business or service in a comment or post does not imply endorsement by APS.
• Post should not include misinformation or unsupported allegations. False information, even if unintentional, may be removed to protect our customers.
• Do not post content (text, pictures, videos, etc.) that you do not have rights or permission to use.
• Do not link to inappropriate or unsafe content.
• Do not post personal information, such as an account number or address, for yourself or others. We will remove any posts that do include this information, for your safety. Information you post may be viewed by others and may not be treated confidentially. To protect confidentiality, we cannot reply to any posts that include your account number or address.
• Refrain from language that encourages violence or unsafe behavior.
• Comments must be relevant to the topic at hand, APS or the utility industry. Those that are unrelated to the discussion may be removed.
• Repeated identical or near-identical posts may be removed as they can be disruptive to the conversation on the page.

We reserve the right to remove posts and comments that violate these guidelines. Users that regularly disregard these guidelines may be banned from the page.

APS employees participating in this page are also bound by company policies and procedures.

All users are also bound by Facebook Terms of Service, and applicable laws and regulations.
