The Vermont Cleft Palate–Craniofacial Foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to helping Vermont's children born with cleft and craniofacial care receive the surgery they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Since 1969, we have helped numerous familes smile again by giving them hope that their child will have a second chance at a happy life.
