Newmeasures develops and delivers unique strategic employee, manager, and culture surveys intended to go beyond employee and manager engagement to employee and manager entrepreneurialism. The goal of our practice is to accelerate the mission of organizations and significantly improve leader effectiveness. Additionally, we develop survey products that assess workplace respect/diversity, ethics, generational differences, volunteer engagement and training effectiveness. What do you want to measure?
