Established in 2005, Nlighten offers proven expertise in customer service research, strategy development and training to clients across a range of industries - from retail and financial services to electronics and hospitality - to equip and enable them to create the type of customer experience that not only retains their existing customers, but serves to attract new business.

As a direct result of their partnerships with Nlighten, a majority of these organisations have been able to enhance their share of their markets, entrench profitability despite recent economic conditions, and significantly raise the levels of customer loyalty they enjoy in an often crowded and highly competitive marketplace.

In September 2012, we formed a working relationship with Mulberry Consulting, leading international customer experience design experts. This partnership has led to the formation of Experience by Design, a joint venture that sees Nlighten acting as Africa Partner to Mulberry Consulting so that South African businesses can benefit from the combination of Mulberry’s proven customer experience design expertise combined with Nlighten’s South African customer experience insights and their understanding of local business challenges and opportunities.
