Beautifulmind Pilates offers a unique variety of movement forms to suit each individual’s needs. We consciously integrate health and wellbeing to our clients by addressing the body and the mind’s possibilities as an integrated system. We aim to bring body awareness through movement which is unique in itself.

The studio offers classical Pilates mat and equipment based repertoire from beginner to advanced level. The studio specialises in Rehabilitation where the training specifically focus on injury or pain related issues. Beautifulmind studio offer Movement Fusion and Body in Balance classes which incorporate a cardiovascular component and work the body as a whole, these classes are done to music. Therapeutic therapy like Sports Massage and Feldenkrais are also offered as well as Pilates for pregnant woman.

Our studio has a wide client base that varies from housewives and business people to fit professional athletes and dancers.

All our practitioners are highly qualified and experienced. Every trainer has him/her individual personality but we work as a team to accommodate each and every client’s individual needs.

The studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body Pilates equipment imported from the USA and all the necessary small accessories like balls, therabands, Pilates rings, foam rollers etc. Our individual and group sessions are always varied you will never experience the same sessions again.
