MOBI-CLAW911 is a Tactical Rapid Reaction Coordinator that uses the most advanced technology and on the ground assets to ensure the quickest and most effective response to any Medical or Criminal Emergency.

The software is intelligent and the system has short cuts that eliminate much of the red tape and panic that a person endures when trying to report an emergency.

This is where MOBI-CLAW911 comes to the rescue. MOBI-CLAW911 is a very simple to use smartphone app that works at the touch of a button. In an emergency activation, MOBI-CLAW911 control receives your alert which includes your name, contact number current GPS location. Trained MOBI-CLAW911 members then handle your emergency by coordinating first responders to get to you quickly and the incident is not closed until the scene is deemed safe and no further threat exists.

MOBI-CLAW911 has revolutionised the emergency response industry in South Africa by being the first to tactically dispatch the right resources to your particular emergency and where necessary on a multi layered approach. These responders include:

• Crime related emergency: SAPS (South African Police Services), Metro Police, your own Armed Response Company, volunteer organisations and/or your Vehicle Tracking Company

We are also able to track your phone in an emergency situation such as a hijacking where you may be taken with the vehicle or a suspect has stolen your phone.

• Medical Emergency: Where clients are covered by Medical Aid or by the ER24 Premium Ambulance Plan, ER24 or their affiliate partners are dispatched.
In certain circumstances other credible private ambulance services may be utilised.
Clients who are not covered by medical aid or the ER24 Premium Plan are attended to by government EMRS services and where possible Samaritan calls to other private ambulance services which at times may include Er24.

Our services may be used for a third party, but only if our client witnesses the incident. Our success is based on accurate and current information which is only possible from an eye witness

The owners have both police and military background. They have established national networks with SAPS, Metro Police, certain Armed Response Companies, volunteer organisations, Fire and Traffic Departments and private ambulance services, this resulting in the largest on the ground first responder asset base anywhere.
