General information
AITIMA Organization was founded in December 2008 with the legal structure of a not-for-profit Society.
As mentioned in its constitution, the organization's aim is to defend human rights. AITIMA strives to achieve this aim through the following objectives:
• Providing free legal support to vulnerable groups, including refugees, minority and newly arrived communities
• Monitoring and documenting human rights situation
• Working on advocacy in partnership with other
groups and organizations to advance human rights
The founding team of AITIMA consists of individuals with long-term experience and knowledge of working in the field of human rights, as well as refugees and asylum seekers.
