Golden Hill Villa

General information

Totally isolated but also close to everything, the three-storey 450 sq. m villa is furnished stylishly inside and out with great attention to every details. It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.

Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 47” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. There is also another sitting area with great view spreading in front of it. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. Additionally an organised office room and a toilet are also found on the same floor.

Reaching to the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. One of the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also the main bathroom with Jacuzzi on the same floor. Spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from all the bedrooms on the first floor.

A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a gym, an open plan area consisting of the playroom area and the secondary kitchen. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, abs equipment, a fitness multifunctional apparatus and exercise balls. The spacious and cozy playroom area contains a large sofa, 50” HDTV, Playstation4 with games, board games, toys for young children and a billiard. There is also a ping pong table on the veranda outside of the playroom area.

Moreover there are two bedrooms on the same floor, one with a bunk bed and the other one with two single beds which also can set up as a double bed. A bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower is also found on this floor.

Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by more than 150 different kinds of flowers and trees and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 90 sq. m swimming pool - Fruit trees garden with variety of fruits such as peach, apple, pear, grape, orange, fig, pomegranate and cherry.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a sink and a wood oven
- Two outdoor dining tables under pergolas
- Hot tube next to the pool - A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, outdoor sofas, Gazebo bed, armchairs and a hammock under a pergola) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa - Playground area for young children
- Parking space for many cars

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
