Het Zorg Innovatie Forum is een initiatief van zevenendertig zorgaanbieders, verzekeraars, instellingen uit het sociale domein, woningbouwcorporaties, kennisinstellingen en burgerinitiatieven. We maken ons sterk voor structurele vernieuwingen op het gebied van gezondheid. Onze focus ligt daarbij op ontwikkelingen die ervoor zorgen dat mensen langer zelfstandig thuis kunnen wonen, op effectieve ouderenzorg en op jeugdgezondheid.
