Forza Gym is een sportschool voor jong en oud, waar professionele en persoonlijke begeleiding voorop staat.
Het is de eerste sportschool in Almelo, die zich in 2009 verder heeft ontwikkeld als Forza Gym.
Wij bieden fitness, cardio en groepslessen zoals BBB (buik, billen, benen), basis steps, thai-bo, HIIT, boksen, 55 + combitraining, functioneel trainen en veel meer.
Ook kunt u bij ons terecht voor ventmetingen, voedingsadvies en trainingsschema’s.
