20 februari 2012 is IJssalon La Sorpresa geopend aan de Hoogstraat nummer 188 in het mooie Schiedam. Het idee, om een ijssalon te beginnen, is gekomen tijdens een vakantie in Italië. Na de aanschaf van een ijsmachine voor thuis en het volgen van diverse cursussen groeide de interesse in het ijsmaken. Na de verschillende cursussen in Nederland en Italië is de stap gezet om de onderneming te starten.
In het karakteristieke pand aan de Hoogstraat is een mooie locatie gevonden waarbij ik, Mike van Roon, u allen van harte wil begroeten en u wil laten genieten van onze verschillende ijssmaken.
