CWS Nederland B.V. is onderdeel van een internationaal toonaangevende one-stop leverancier van professionele sanitaire hygiëne oplossingen en textielservices. De naam CWS is samengesteld uit de initialen van de oprichter Conrad Wolfgang Schnyder. In 1949 richtte hij zijn 'CWS Washroomservice' op. In 1987 werd CWS onderdeel van het Haniel concern. Met een totale omzet van 24,5 miljard euro (boekjaar 2009) en meer dan 50.000 medewerkers is Haniel een van de meest succesvolle Duitse familiebedrijven.
