Action, een van oorsprong Nederlands bedrijf, is een snelgroeiende internationale non-food discounter met ruim 28.000 medewerkers en meer dan 750 winkels in Nederland, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Luxemburg en Oostenrijk. De winkels worden dagelijks bevoorraad vanuit drie eigen distributiecentra in het noorden en zuiden van Nederland en nabij Parijs, Frankrijk. Het internationale hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Zwaagdijk, Nederland.
