Briolab, is a suite of independent and complementary applications which seeks to simplify talent management for SMEs and large firms.

- The creation of interactive assessment forms, which are both diverse and varied, depending on the criterion to be assessed;
- HR managers to create their own assessments, without the help of technicians;
- Skills of an employee to be automatically updated (link between performance management and talent management);
