La pâte à choux fait son apparition en 1540, à l'époque où Popelini, un patissier italien, crée un gâteau à partir d'une pâte desséchée sur le feu qu'on appelait "pâte à chaud".
Au fil du temps, ce nom s'est peu à peu transformé pour devenir "pâte à choux".
Tous nos choux sont confectionnés avec amour, dégustez les de la même façon !
