Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the Gracia neighborhood located just a couple of streets away, and visit the Sagrada Familia or La Pedrera with a beautiful 15 minutes walk. And if you get tired of walking, don’t panic, you have the metro at just 5 minutes from the apartments (Joanic, line 4).

We want you to feel like home. Our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with all your needs: oven/microwave, dishwasher (detergent provided), ceramic hob, washing machine/dryer, and more. Large windows allow for natural light to illuminate the apartments, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa, while surfing the Internet (free Wi-Fi in the whole building) or just watch TV (flat screen, with international satellite). The apartments have ultra quiet air conditioning systems, for cool air in the hot summer or heating in the winter, you can set the temperature to your taste. And don’t forget about go up to the rooftop and discover for yourself the magnificent landscape that Barcelona has to offer!

Everything is around the corner at Espais Blaus Apartments. On the ground floor of the building there is a great supermarket where you can find all the products of your need. Less than 250 meters away on Travessera de Gràcia Street you’ll find the “Mercat de la Abaceria Central” (see map), a market where you can find all sorts of fresh, quality food. If you prefer a good coffee, the apartments all have coffee machines in the kitchen, and just outside the building is a large selection of bars and cafés. If what you are looking for is a great dinner, in the Eixample you can find several exquisite restaurants, and stepping into the Gracia neighborhood you can surprise yourself every night with a cozier place than the night before.
