Caro Hotel es el primer hotel-monumento 5* de Valencia.
De carácter urbano e independiente y ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, sus 26 habitaciones, todas ellas diferentes entre sí, y su restaurante Alma del Temple son ejemplos de la singular y respetuosa integración del interiorismo contemporáneo, pulcro y geométrico desarrollado por Francesc Rifé con los elementos históricos y arquitectónicos originales del inmueble que, bajo su apariencia de palacio ecléctico del siglo XIX, guarda un legado que se remonta más de 2.000 años atrás y que incluye un mosaico fundacional de Valencia de época romana (siglo II a.C.), la muralla árabe de la ciudad (siglo XII), diversos arcos góticos o detalles constructivos decimonónicos que, junto a un servicio cálido y centrado en el cliente, hacen de este establecimiento la opción óptima para los viajeros que quieren disfrutar de una memorable experiencia hotelera desde otro punto de vista.
