Vizija družbe Gozdno gospodarstvo Slovenj Gradec je vzpostaviti vertikalno povezavo med gozdarstvom in lesno industrijo in tako postati odlično podjetje na področju pridobivanja lesa iz gozda in tehnološko sodobno podjetje na področju primarne predelave lesa ter prevzeti vodilno vlogo pri izgradnji objektov iz lesenih masivnih konstrukcij in pri ponudbi energije iz lesne biomase.

Slogan podjetja se glasi "Od gozda do hiše" in na svoj način zajema vse, kar družba dosega in želi v prihodnosti še izboljšati:

- na področju gozdarstva ohraniti primat strokovno in tehnično najbolj usposobljenega podjetja za sečnjo in spravilo lesa na Koroškem ter svoj sloves ponesti tudi preko teh meja;
- na področju žagarstva postati najboljši ponudnik žaganega lesa za konstrukcije v Sloveniji in zanesljiv ter kakovosten ponudnik lesene embalaže in elementov za pohištveno industrijo;
- na trgovskem področju postati prepoznaven ponudnik materialov, orodij in storitev, vezanih na les, ter z odpiranjem novih trgovin še intenzivneje promovirati novo blagovno znamko Lesoteka lesnih centrov;
- na področju lesene gradnje postati vodilno podjetje za proizvodnjo masivnih lesenih hiš v Sloveniji, z uvedbo nove tehnologije pa tudi na področju gradnje javnih zgradb in večstanovanjskih objektov iz lesa.

Skupina GG SG:
Gozdno gospodarstvo Slovenj Gradec je v zadnjih desetih letih iz tipično gozdarskega podjetja zraslo v razvejano skupino, ki svoje priložnosti išče tudi na področju žagarstva, energetike, trgovine, gradbeništva in v drugih, z lesom povezanih dejavnostih.
Z vertikalno povezavo med gozdarstvom, primarno predelavo in izdelavo lesenih hiš postaja skupina GG SG vse bolj prepoznavna tudi na področju promocije in uporabe lesa kot konstrukcijskega materiala v gradbeništvu. Lesoteka je naša blagovna znamka. Razvojno je skupina usmerjena v trajnost, tako kot je trajnega značaja gozd in les. Vključeni smo Razvojni center koroškega gospodarstva (RACE KOGO), preko katerega peljemo razvojno dejavnost. Naša usmeritev je dodati vrednost lesu, ki ga pridobivamo iz koroških gozdov.

Skupino GG SG sestavljajo naslednja povezana podjetja:
- Gozdno gospodarstvo Slovenj Gradec, d. d., ki je matična družba in največje podjetje v skupini;
GG INPO, d. o. o., hčerinsko podjetje, ki je v stoodstotni lasti matične družbe, ima status invalidskega podjetja;
- Lesoteka hiše, d. o. o., podjetje, v katerem matična družba nadaljuje tradicijo proizvodnje lesenih hiš;
- Lesoteka trgovine - hiša za promocijo in pospeševanje prodaje slovenskega lesa v Radljah, Slovenj Gradcu, Levcu in na Ptuju;
- Viharnik je mesečnik GG SG, ki izhaja že 46 let, v njem pa najdete rubrike o gozdarstvu, kmetijstvu, veterini, ljudeh in dogodkih, spomine in še marsikaj.

- in the commercial sector to become a recognized provider of materials, tools, and services related to wood, and by opening new stores even more intensively promoting a new brand Lesoteka of timber centers
- In the field of timber construction to become a leader in the manufacture of solid wooden houses in Slovenia, with the introduction of new technologies as well as in the construction of public buildings and apartment buildings made of wood.

Group GG SG:
The company has grown in the last ten years, from a smaller company into a diversified company seeking out opportunities in the field of sawmill industry, energy, trade, construction and other wood-related activities.
With the vertical link between forestry, primary processing and production of wooden houses, the group GG SG is becoming increasingly recognized also in the promotion and use of wood as a structural material in construction.
Lesoteka is our trademark. Developmentally, the group is focused on sustainability, as it is of a permanent nature also forest and wood. We are also involved in Razvojni center Koroškega gospodarstva - RACE KOGO (The Carinthian Economic Development Center), through which we pass development. We mostly focus on adding value to wood obtained from forests in Koroška (Carinthia).

GG SG group consist of the following associated companies:

- Gozdno gospodarstvo Slovenj Gradec d. d. (Forest Management Slovenj Gradec d. d.), which is the parent company and the largest company in the group
- GG Inpo d. o. o., a subsidiary, which is wholly owned by the parent company. The company has the status of invalidity
- Lesoteka hiše d. o. o., company in which the parent company continues the tradition of manufacturing wooden houses
- Lesoteka stores, house of promotion and sales promotion of Slovenian wood in Radlje, Slovenj Gradec, Ptuj and Levec.
