Da quasi vent’anni Mirco Cattai si dedica al tappeto orientale antico di alta qualità, campo in cui si è distinto al massimo livello nel mercato italiano e internazionale.
Nel novembre 2011 apre la nuova sede della Galleria, che porta il suo nome, al numero 12 della centralissima via Manzoni a Milano.
L’ampia collezione di tappeti, prodotti tra il XVI e il XIX secolo, è il frutto di un’attenta ricerca e della minuziosa selezione che Mirco Cattai ha svolto in ogni parte del mondo, raccogliendo centinaia di esemplari.

For nearly 20 years Mirco Cattai has committed himself to high quality oriental antique rugs, field in which he stands out in the Italian and international market.
In November 2011 the new art Gallery, named after him, has been inaugurated and placed in a central location namely Via Manzoni 12, Milan.
The vast collection of rugs, created between the 16th and the 19th century, is the result of the accurate quest and the meticulous selection of hundreds of specimen made by Mirco Cattai himself.
