General information
Sono nato ad Amalfi nel 1958.
La Costiera, allora emblema dei fascinosi anni ’70, mi ha avvicinato al mondo della ristorazione, e la buona Cucina mi ha catturato.
L’uscita nottetempo con i pescatori del paese, cogliere il basilico con il nonno, guardare la mamma preparare la pasta con il pomodoro: è stato subito amore.
Nel 1979 nasce il “Nesis”, il mio Ristorante, dove creo i miei piatti e la mia idea di Cucina.
Adoro il grande vino e la "convivialità": questo sono io, questo è Nesis.
