L’Azienda Agricola Pupillo, fondata nel 1908, occupa buona parte dell’estensione che un tempo costituì il Feudo della Targia. Per oltre vent’anni Nino Pupillo si é dedicato alla ricostituzione delle vigne dei suoi avi per riproporre il Moscato di Siracusa, vino scomparso da tempo, che declina la storia di queste terre coniugandola con le più moderne tecniche di vinificazione. Oltre a Solacium e Pollio, entrambi moscati di Siracusa DOC, l'azienda produce il nero d’Avola Re Federico e il moscato secco Cyane.
