Asociația Elevilor din Constanța este singura organizație a elevilor din județul Constanța, ce are ca scop reprezentarea intereselor comune ale acestora, de a promova drepturile și de a stimula participarea acestora la actul educațional.
Biroul de Conducere este structura de conducere a Asociaţiei. Acesta este format din:
