Crée en 1976, le CAL un centre de formation et de création artistique qui propose un enseignement en musique, danse, théâtre et peinture . Il essaime à partir de Collonge-Bellerive vers d’autres Communes Arve-et-Lac. Près de 500 élèves, 33 professeurs diplômés et une production régulière de spectacles et concerts (plus de 40 manifestations publiques par an).
