Pflege und Verbreitung des Volleyballspiels bilden den Vereinszweck des VBC Chur. Der VBC kommt dieser Bestimmung primär durch die sportliche Betätigung seiner Mitglieder in den diversen Teams nach. Im VBC Chur wird sowohl Breitensport als auch mit ambitionierten Teams im Damenbereich bis in die 1. nationale Liga Spitzensport betrieben und gefördert; so werden junge SpielerInnen in der Volleyballschule und im JuniorInnenalter besonders gefördert.
