Die Deutsche Schule Prag ist seit 2001 eine deutsch-tschechische Begegnungsschule. Sie ist eine von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland sowie vom Ministerium für Schule, Jugend und Sport der Tschechischen Republik (MŠMT) geförderte anerkannte Deutsche Auslandsschule. Die Deutsche Schule Prag ist im Jahr 2009 von der Zentralstelle für das Auslandsschulwesen mit dem Prädikat „Exzellente Deutsche Auslandsschule“ ausgezeichnet worden.
