General information

A family run craft bakery which has been trading for over 80 years spanning five generations. Being a Bath based business employing local people to produce exceptional quality bread and confectionery for the public and businesses of Bath, we pride ourselves on keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.

We bake with only the finest ingredients and source locally whenever possible. Growing apples, plums, damsons and strawberries in our own orchard and vegetables in our gardens for carrot cake and homemade soups. We make every effort to use seasonal fayre giving us products with exceptional flavours.

The Bakery prides itself on a 5 star rating and has been working with Sirona to achieve a Well Being at Work Charter Award, Recently rated a Silver Award on the Eat Out, Eat Well award scheme. We have been nominated for the Bath Good Food Awards "Best Bath Bakery", for the last three years. Currently combining three generations of the family alongside a great team of talented craft bakers we are looking forward to new challenges.
