After a short time he was providing personal training sessions to people wishing to lose weight, athletes wanting more strength and power in their sport, bodybuilders, and people simply wanting to get fitter and healthier...
We now offer a limited number of places within our exclusive private gym, which includes unlimited 24/7 access, personal training sessions with nutritional and dietary advice all included within your membership.
You will start with 4 personal training sessions guiding you through your bespoke workout schedule to start with and another personal session every 2 weeks, this lets us guide you to your chosen goals and we alter your workout and eating plan to suit every individual.
