General information

Our property is of the early Victorian era and is influenced by the classicism of Regency styles as well as having the simplicity of Regency classicism and Italianate style influenced by domestic architecture which now incorporated varying quantities of features such as pointed, projecting porches, bay windows, and grey slate.We have the best of everything in this South Side location with it only being 5 minutes bus or taxi ride or around 15 minutes walk from Edinburgh Castle, Princess Street and The Royal Mile, Holyrood, Theatres, Universities etc. Our property also over looks the stunning Arthur's Seat as well as being only minutes walk from a diverse range of restaurants, eateries and coffee shops. You'll also be spoiled for choice if you enjoy shopping whether it be brousing around the interesting range of boutique shops in our neighbourhood or the exclusive Harvey Nichols amoung other big stores in the city. In addition most of our museums, galleries and monuments are within very easy reach. You really couldn't wish for a better base for your visit to Edinburgh.
