Are you concerned about the calibre and suitability of prospective tenants?
Comprehensive references are conducted by a third party company specialising in tenant referencing. Prospective tenants are accompanied on viewings so we are able to further gauge their suitability. Any tenant who successfully passes the referencing process will qualify for a free rent insurance policy, meaning the rent is fully guaranteed * should they default on payments for the first six months of their tenancy. This is renewable for a small
premium after the initial six months has elapsed.
