Founded in 1983, Crofton Care Partnership offers professional, high quality care to people in their own homes. Many people choose to stay at home, but need support to do so; our range of practical services helps them to lead fuller lives. We work with our clients to find out what they need, and how we can best provide it.

Our reputation is based on years of experience and hard work in community care. Supported by qualified managers, our carers are proud of the excellent services we continue to provide.

How we work
• The level of care you need: from half an hour per day to 24/7 care
• Getting you involved: we encourage you to make decisions about your own care

Professional services you can trust
• We are registered as home care providers with the Care Quality Commission, and are members of Hampshire Domiciliary Care Providers.
• We are members of Hampshire County Council’s panel of preferred providers, and also provide services for the NHS.
• We maintain legal and responsible policies, as laid out in our ‘Standards for Care Provision’ handbook, which we will be happy to give you.
• We adapt to developments in the law and in the social care sector, without compromising our standards.
