General information
We are Village Music, the East Kilbride based, family run music shop and school since 1993. Sounds real quaint does't it...
Just recently we realised we are one of the very last general music shops in the Glasgow area; one of the few places you can find-
guitars,
amps,
drums,
pianos,
keyboards,
folk instruments
brass & woodwind,
PA systems,
...and all the accessories you need to go with them, all under one (tiny) roof.
Sure there's loads of places online that do this kind of stuff - but you have it all right here on your doorstep to see, hear, play!
Keeping your gear in working order is also highly important and we have a dedicated service teams that specialise in guitar repairs and restoration - brass and woodwind repairs - and electrical engineering.
Finally, in 2003, we added a music school to our roster. There are classes available for all ages, beginner to advanced, in guitar, piano, drums, bass, keyboard, banjo, vocals and ukelele!
