The company aims to continue to grow its reputation as a leader in executive, development, construction, engineering and operations recruitment for renewable energy and clean technology projects using our internal resources complimented by an Associate network of trusted, like-minded recruitment professionals in overseas and aligned market sectors.

During our first year of operation, we committed to minimising our carbon footprint wherever possible without sacrificing the quality of our service delivery. We also committed to reducing this footprint per head every year by reviewing our practices, operations and suppliers frequently, ensuring we are doing all we can to reduce our environmental impact.

Annually we raise money for charity through endurance events and team building challenges. We are proud to have raised over £8000 to date for causes such as Renewable World and Cancer Research. Our latest challenge this year was Man Vs Mountain - a 20 mile run up Mount Snowdon which was successfully completed!

Our headquarters are based in Glasgow and we have offices in London and Madrid. In January 2014, to be amongst our clients and latest developments in industry, the Glasgow team moved into new headquarters in the Industry Engagement Building at Strathclyde University. We are now based in the INOVO Industry Engagement Building, which is the first building in city centre Glasgow to offer an EPC rating of A and BREEAM “Excellent". This development forms part of the Technology and Innovation Centre, and these together form the International Technology and Renewable Energy Zone (ITREZ).

We are a member of the Renewable UK Skills and Employment Strategy Working Group, which focuses on the development of skills and talent within industry; membership includes employers, academia, training providers, and recruitment specialists.
