Vitality is a fun and friendly programme of exercise and movement all set to music especially created and designed for over 60s no matter what your ability.
Vitality is subsidized by Lincolnshire County Council and approved by the NHS. Our experienced Vitality teachers ensure that each class provides fun and laughter, with carefully planned exercises, set to great toe tapping music.
Vitality exercise also brings positive benefits to your health too including improving mobility, circulation, strength and suppleness, as well as reducing anxiety and giving you a general sense of wellbeing. With over 45 classes countywide including regular weekly classes in Sleaford and the surrounding villages, there’s sure to be a class near you.
