ABOUT US

We love our pets, so of course we want the very best for them.

As qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapists, we know what it takes to stay in great health in the human world – wholesome food, clean water and no harmful chemicals or toxins.

Being animal owners too, we believe the same approach must apply to our pets. With diseases (including allergies and cancers) on the rise, a more holistic approach is needed to ensure our faithful friends are healthy and happy.

Nutrition has a direct effect on our pets’ emotional and physical wellbeing, but that’s only part of the story. We also need to think about what they’re exposed to on a daily basis.

Pets can absorb damaging chemicals from food, unfiltered tap water, toys and domestic products like cleaning agents, shampoos etc. Their health is affected by what we put ON them, IN them and AROUND them!

That’s why we launched Healthful Pets in August 2015, applying our professional specialist knowledge for the benefit of our pets – supported by a fully qualified Veterinary Surgeon and Homeopath.

Healthful Pets offers a unique range of high quality items free from harmful substances. Many of our foods, treats, supplements, grooming products and other accessories are things you’ll struggle to find elsewhere – and certainly not in one place.

This is our passion. We look far and wide to hand pick our products, so you can be confident that in buying them, you’re doing the best for your pet. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, too.

After all, pets are family. They enhance our own lives and give us companionship, unconditional love, and of course fun and entertainment.
