General information

Connect Engineering is a business run for over 4 generations by the Gowrie family operating out of premises in city centre Manchester. We quickly made our name as a major provider of metal duct work in the Northwest, with major projects for a number of household names in various industries, which ranged from small installations to 25 tonne curing ovens.To more recently where we first installed our unique tried and tested lined wear resistant ducting, as well as undertaking a range of other sheet metal and precision engineering projects. These ranged in size from simple machinery repairs and modifications to larger design and manufacturing projects.

After branching into other areas of metal fabrication such as bus shelters and conveyors, the company has continued to grow to the size and capacity it is today. Now based at our impressive 10,000 sq ft workshop and offices in city centre Manchester, we have an extensive team of qualified engineers, designers, and fitters. We now offer a full range of engineering services to the food stuffs, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and dyestuffs industries, from design through to manufacture and installation.
