After 30 years of business success, we know how to make the perfect fish and chips, which is no big secret - it's just high quality ingredients cooked freshly every day by our expertly trained team.
Every month we have 45 tonnes of potatoes delivered, which are then chipped and peeled on the premises before being fried and served to you. Daily deliveries of fresh fish, totalling 5 tons in every month, are then coated in batter, fried and served to our customers.
